PAYMENTS, DELIVERY, RETURNS & TERMS

PRICE:

Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and include all taxes. We ship worldwide by way of Royal Mail. Shipping is calculated by weight of total purchase.

PAYMENT:

Until full payment is received and deducted from your account, no items will be sent. Current payments are made through PayPal, a safe and secure method of payment. If you wish to pay by cheque, your cheque must be cleared before your order is sent out. If you are refused payment by your bank, we are not responsible for any charges incurred because of this.

DELIVERY:

Delivery is made within 7 days of payment received. If we are busy with orders, the main home page will display a turn-around time. This turn-around will state how many days we are currently working under. At the time of your order you will also receive information to reflect this in the event we are swamped. If your order is a gift and needs to be sent to another address, please send us an email stating this so that we can assure your package is sent to the correct address. We are not liable if the address is incorrect.

If your package was delivered and our tracking systems shows this, but you state that you did not receive the items, then there is little we are able to do. Unless you picked the option to insure your package or request a signature upon delivery. Unfortunately we do not push for these options because it is an extra cost to you and we understand you may wish to keep costs down. Please understand we will work with you, however being a small business don’t have the means to re-deliver a package that shows on our systems that is has been delivered. This is why it is very important for you to decide whether you wish to have this option.

RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it providing that it is wrapped, unused and is in re-saleable condition. In regards to exchanges, the same rules apply. Once you receive your product, you have 7 days to contact us stating what the problem is and what you would like to exchange the product for. Again, the product you are returning must be wrapped, unused and in re-saleable condition. Postage charges incurred for sending an item back must be met by you.

REFUNDS

In the unlikely event that you request a refund, all you need to do is simply return your item in its wrapped, unused and re-saleable condition within 7 days of receiving the product. Once the product is received and inspected, a full refund will be provided to you. Delivery charges to have your items sent back to us WILL NOT be refunded. We do not offer refunds if we do not receive products from you.

CANCELLATIONS

You have 7 days to cancel your order in accordance to the law. Just email us at sales@skin-a-licious.co.uk stating you wish to have your order cancelled. Be sure to include your order number with the email. If you receive an email from us stating that your item has been shipped within the 7 day period, then your order cannot be cancelled. You will need to contact us and request a refund for your goods. Simply return your items in its wrapped, unused and in re-saleable condition within 30 days of receiving the product. Once the product is received and inspected, a full refund will be provided to you. Delivery charges to have your items sent back to us will not be refunded.
